We are super excited to announce that Hucu.ai and its customer, Provectus, have been named a Winner in the Quality Category for the 2023 Mcknight’s Tech Awards. Provectus is a physician/nurse practitioner group serving dozens of skilled nursing facilities across Central Ohio. Being on call 24/7 has been tough on providers everywhere, and so the medical team at Provectus sought a tool that would assist them in managing their daily workflows. What they found was even greater: an extraordinary communication tool such as Hucu.ai that has organized patient workflows, made staff happier and fully equipped to be on call 24/7 in the face of existing healthcare challenges. Provectus adopted Hucu.ai’s communication platform in February 2022, and from there on then, the partnership has grown to the point where their patient volume has now doubled.
Hucu.ai’s greatest impact has been improving employee retention for Provectus and their skilled nursing partners, as they have become more efficient and satisfied in their roles. Hucu.ai exceeds expectations because it is patient-specific, which the team at Provectus absolutely loves. With patient-centered communication, information about a specific patient can be easily accessed and properly organized. This saves their staff a great deal of time and has been revolutionary in letting them go back, and review existing information before making rounds. Hucu.ai is transforming care coordination for the Provectus team, with 44% more satisfied in their jobs, 50% agreeing over ease of staff access, saving 57% of their staff more than an hour in a typical day, and increasing overall staff engagement. This is helping them accelerate the whole process of care delivery and providing more timely patient care.
