A patient/member using the New Benefits app, can collaborate with their providers/care teams using Hucu.ai, by simply clicking on “Hucu Secure Messaging” icon/link/button in the New Benefits app
Upon clicking on the messaging link/button, Hucu.ai app launches automatically and allows the patient/member to be able to secure message their care team member or the provider using the New Benefits platform.
Additionally, the patients/members are automatically synchronized between the two systems for admissions, discharges and transitions
