Hucu.ai is scalable, which allows our team to serve a variety of small, mid-size, and large organizations with advanced security features (e.g., multiple locations management, user level access, patient-centered messaging access, family messaging access, etc.)

Users can update their availability status to “Available”, “Busy”, or “Away” by accessing their account profile in the Hucu.ai app. Along with availability status, you can also add a custom status message (e.g., “Consulting with a patient”). Your availability status and custom status message are visible to all Hucu.ai users set up in your organization’s account.
A. No. All files, pictures, videos, etc. are stored in the Hucu.ai secure cloud. In addition to making you HIPAA compliant, Hucu.ai also helps save you and your staff storage space on your personal devices!
A. Hucu.ai allows you to message in customizable channels with internal and cross-collaborating facility users, patients, patients’ families, etc. Use the Hucu.ai tagging feature for additional clarification and user-directed notifications to for optimal clarity in communication channels.
A. Yes. Hucu.ai conducts a variety of data analytic dashboards, including engagement tracking, for organizations to view in the Hucu.ai Admin Panel. You can view collected data reports by your location, team member, and/or partner location(s). Additionally, we continue to add more reports and charts on a regular basis based on our clients’ needs.
Hucu.ai has 3 packages. the package that you are interested in at the basic level to be able to communicate freely with all your patients in a HIPAA compliant manner, is free forever. Now, if in the future, you would want to use hucu capabilities where there’s real-time patient risk stratifications, acuity scoring, or robotic process automation, or you would need deep analytics about how your organization is collaborating internally and externally, then you would need to upgrade to a paid version of Hucu.ai to get all those sophisticated capabilities.
The only way you can be hipaa compliant is where you have a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the technology provider. This ensures that the technology you are using to communicate with patients resides in the technology that you have a BAA with. Without a BAA, you cannot use a technology to store or move patient information on digitally. that’s why imessage or text messaging or whatsapp are all not hipaa compliant because you do not sign a BAA with any of those companies.
