Upon clicking on the messaging link/button, Hucu.ai launches in a different browser window while taking over the user login credentials using SSO (Single Sign On) and the patient context using API’s
The end result is that the Athenahealth user automatically logs into Hucu.ai, with the patient channel open for the patient for whom communication is necessary for care delivery. It’s that simple!
Additionally, the patient and users are automatically synchronized between the two systems for admissions, discharges and transitions
